Nicholas Blodgett joined Stainless Motors Inc. in 2014 as a welder, bringing a strong foundation of precision craftsmanship. Nick quickly progressed, gaining expertise in multiple departments while demonstrating his welding expertise on a national level, winning gold in the SkillsUSA welding competition. Nick went on to lead multiple teams and continued to expand his cross-functional knowledge by mastering 17 of the company’s unique workstations. After a decade of commitment to operational excellence, Nick was promoted to Manufacturing Manager. His deep understanding of productivity and a commitment to continuous improvement make him a respected, valuable leader.
